Letter from the Managing Director

Dear Esteemed Shareholders,

I am delighted to assume the position of Managing Director at Estrella Resources Limited. The company's strong foundation and exciting opportunities in mineral exploration and development in Timor-Leste present a promising future. I commend the previous Managing Director, Chris Daws, for his contributions, and we are grateful for his continued involvement in the role of Business Development Manager.

My extensive experience in the mining industry positions me well to lead Estrella towards our goal of becoming the foremost mineral explorer in Timor-Leste. Our strategic advantages, including our first-mover ground position, relationships with stakeholders, and technical expertise, give us a significant edge in the region.

We are focused on achieving milestones in both manganese and limestone projects. For manganese, we aim to discover a JORC-compliant resource exceeding 2 million tonnes, laying the groundwork for a successful mining operation. Additionally, we are enhancing our limestone project by developing a robust development plan through various workstreams.

Our commitment is to create value for our shareholders through disciplined decision-making and strategic growth opportunities. We are open to new ventures that align with our vision and prioritize shareholder returns. While our focus is on Timor-Leste, we remain dedicated to maximizing value from our Australian assets.
