Application for quotation of securities - ESR

Estrella Resources Limited has made a new announcement regarding the quotation of securities. On June 10, 2026, we will be issuing 5,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares under the ASX security code ESR. This issuance is a result of the conversion of Director Share Performance Rights by Les Pereira, awarded at a shareholder meeting on August 15, 2025. Each security is valued at approximately AUD 0.028000.

These newly quoted securities will rank equally in all respects with the existing issued securities in that class, ensuring fairness to all shareholders. Share Performance Rights were initially issued to directors following approval at the shareholder meeting. The Rights vested on May 14, 2026, upon the delivery of a 500mt inferred JORC Limestone resource.
