$8M of Listed Options Underwritten

Estrella Resources (ASX: ESR) has executed an $8M Listed Options Underwriting Agreement with Million Link (China) Investment Ltd. The agreement involves underwriting the exercise of 445,000,000 Options at $0.018 each, expiring on 13 December 2026. The Counterparty will subscribe for Shortfall Shares equal to unexercised Options. Underwriting funds will be received in two tranches, totaling $8,010,000. The Counterparty will receive new unlisted 3-year $0.045 exercise options based on underwriting funds received, with a penalty if full amount not received within 40 days.
