High-Grade Manganese Discovery in Timor

Estrella Resources Limited (ASX: ESR) has made a significant high-grade manganese discovery in the newly awarded exploration licenses in Timor-Leste. The Samalari Manganese Prospect, located only 7.5km from a major highway, boasts outcropping manganese oxides with grades ranging between 32.7% and 53.9% manganese. This discovery, within the granted licenses totaling 194.425 km2, presents substantial potential with outcropping supergene manganese located close to the coast.

The company has expanded its landholding to nearly 700 square kilometers, positioning itself for further exploration in the region. Estrella's Managing Director, Chris Daws, expressed excitement over the discovery and highlighted the efficiency of exploration efforts through reliable in-country investigations and Australian laboratory assays.

Future plans include an expansion of the technical team for mapping, sampling, and ground geophysics to uncover deeper manganese potential.
