As previously announced the capital raising is subject to the successful completion of the acquisition of Data Labs Limited. Having received significant interest from clients of the above‐mentioned firms, the board is of the view that taking a route of certainty, albeit at a lower price than mentioned in the previous announcement, is in the best interests of shareholders and the impending acquisition of Data Labs.
